Closing in excess of $200 million, Karen’s experience has involved listing and selling new construction communities, land development, high-end resales of single-family homes & condos. Karen approaches her real estate career with the advantage of her diverse background in business & marketing. Having held executive positions in private and public companies, she is known for being a top negotiator, a closer and an “out of the box” thinker. Karen holds a bachelor’s degree in music from the University of North Carolina (her home state) and she is a member of the WinterPark Chamber of Commerce, Opera Orlando – Development member, Orlando Regional Realtor Association (ORRA), Florida Association of Realtors (FAR) and National Association of Realtors.
