Julianna is a Florida Licensed Realtor® and Sarasota native.Her passion in this field originated while working along side her father, an engineer, purchasing and reconstructing homes throughout Florida. She has the unique ability to not only guide her clients through the selection, sales & purchasing aspects of their homes and properties but also explain how the homes are built and the potential each property can offer them. Julianna is a Pricing Strategy Advisor & Real Estate Consultant who focuses on helping her customers build generational wealth and find a higher quality of life. She specializes in waterfront properties, new construction, re-sale properties, investment properties and relocation both in and outside the United States. Julianna is the 2022 President of Womens Council of Realtors Sarasota (a global not-for-profit education based organization), and was named Entrepreneur of the Year in 2021. She is also on the Mote Marine Lab & Aquarium President's Advisory Council.
